Worship

FBC believes that worship is a vitally important aspect of Christian life and ministry. Without worship, communion with the God of the universe, the Christian life is a dry experience based on knowledge alone. Worship is where the rubber meets the road.

The mission of the ministry of worship arts is that we will grow as a body of believers in our understanding and experiential capacity for worship. Worship is so much more than a song. Worship is the sacrificial offering of ones life to a deserving, loving, Savior God. Our desire is that as we grow in the knowledge of Christ, we as a church can not help but fall down at His feet in awe and wonder, and true spiritual worship of Him.

Getting involved in the Worship Ministry at FBC
If you would like to get involved in the worship ministry at FBC, please contact Mikael Heck at the links above. Currently, we are looking for musicians and singers to help lead us in worship to God. Specifically we need the following:
1. A bass player
2. An electric guitar player
3. A percussionist (djembe, shakers, etc.), or a drummer willing to do percussion
4. Female vocalists with the ability to harmonize
5. Violin or Cello players
6. Media Techs for PowerPoint presentations and video projection
7. Sound Techs
