Worship is so much more than a song. We are all born worshipers. We all worship at all times in and through all we do. Some of us worship the Creator as we were intended. Yet, due to the fall, many have rejected their Creator and have chosen to worship creation instead. True Christian worship is the sacrificial offering of ones life to a deserving, loving, and Sovereign Savior God.
FBC believes that worship is a vitally important aspect of Christian life and ministry. Without worship, communion with the God of the universe, the Christian life is a dry experience based on knowledge alone. Worship is where the rubber meets the road. Our desire as a church is that as we will grow in the knowledge of Christ, we can not help but fall down at His feet in awe and wonder, and true spiritual worship of Him.
The mission of the ministry of worship arts is that we will grow as a body of believers in our understanding and experiential capacity for worship.
